Greeves frame which is a scrambles frame but
which uses the same front beam and rear loop as the road race
Silverstone and Oulton road racers. This frame has been blast
cleaned ready to have the welds non destructive tested to make
sure that there are no cracks. A new sub frame and footrest
hangers will be added to copy the road race frame. A larger
swinging arm spindle will be fitted for safety reasons and the
swinging arm will be extended to make it more stable under high
speeds. All tube added will be lightweight aircraft grade tube.
Greeves frame sub frame main joint which joins the seat frame
rails to the rear loop. This is the original brazed joint
which has been cleaned to be checked for cracking. All old
unwanted brackets will be removed and new ones brazed on at a
later stage once the finalisation of where new components will
fit.
