We want you to enjoy your order as soon as possible. That's why
everything is delivered right to your door usually within 2 -10 working days. Occasionally, an item can be out of stock due to heavy demand and we may contact you to
ask for your choice, The colour of the purchased footwear may vary slightly
from the photos due to lighting variations. Any items that you have not received should be
queried as soon as possible but no later than 21 days following the date of the
order. If we have not received a query with respect to a possible non-delivery of any item
within the 21 day period, we shall presume that the item has been delivered.
While we do everything possible to delivery the goods by the day specified we cannot
accept liability for any delay in delivering the goods or any consequences that from
such delay.

Returning goods
and refund
Retail:
All our goods are carefully checked before despatch. Any item that is
not satisfactory should be carefully repacked and returned to us in as new condition
within 21 day approval period (Approval period starts as soon as the order is sent) and we
will exchange it or refund the money (except initial post/ transport
cost) received by us with your order. If, after purchase
any item fails to give reasonable wear due to either defective workmanship or
materials we should be able to replace the item.
When returning goods within the 21 day approval period please use the original packaging
and enclose the advice note that came with the order stating the reason for the return. It
is imperative that you obtain a free proof of posting certificate from the Post Office as
this is required where any returned parcel should go astray. Failure to produce a proof of
postage certificate where a parcel has gone astray will mean that we will be unable to
offer you a replacement. A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returns
and refund. There is a charge of 4% by PayPal if you
made payment through the PayPal or 4% if you made payment through
Debit/Credit cards.
Wholesale goods can only be returned if there is a quality problem
which must be verified before any action can be taken.
No orders can be cancelled after payment as goods are already in
transit.
