These are the first batch of new pistons
that I have made. They are 64mm diameter and are the ones that I will be
using in my race engine this next season. These will make your
engine 694CC. I also am in the process of making a batch of 54mm
500cc pistons. These pistons are forgings and made by a company who
also supply pistons to various British Superbike teams. They
are 40 grams lighter than original Kong pistons and come complete
with pins and circlips
This is the photo of the new crank
that will be assembled into my engine this next week. The crank is
common to all engine sizes. The cranks are pressed up so the
replacements of bearings and rods is the same as on modern two
strokes.
